The Transportation Practice Group handles railroad, trucking and airline transportation cases and has a wide range of national and local clients, including major national and short line railroads, passenger airline companies, and trucking companies. The Railroad Practice Group defends cases involving personal injury, property and casualty claims, crossing injuries and fatalities, derailments, switch and signal failures, and toxic torts. The Group is also experienced in handling freight, USDOT and VDOT compliance, and other regulatory litigation.
