Real estate projects have become more complex due to uncertain local government politics, greater interest among civic leagues and other grassroots organizations, and more restrictive statutes and ordinances. As a result, successful projects now require a coordinated plan to deal with legal approvals, local governing body support and community support. Dealing with these issues on the front end greatly minimizes unexpected and costly problems later in the project timeline. Recognizing these trends, Willcox & Savage formed the Integrated Real Estate Services Team (The “IRST”) to offer the only proven, comprehensive team to fully deal with the range of issues now present in many real estate projects.

The IRST is a joint venture between Willcox & Savage and the Kemper Consulting lobbying and government/public relations firm and brings together recognized leaders in the legal and government relations fields.
