Joe’s practice focuses on trucking/transportation, products liability, premises liability, insurance defense, insurance coverage and general defense litigation. He regularly works on cases involving high risk exposure for catastrophic losses on behalf of excess carriers.
In this capacity, Joe has gained considerable experience handling experts, taking depositions, and drafting and arguing motions. Joe has tried several personal injury cases throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, including a first chair, multi-day jury trial to verdict. He has also successfully negotiated the settlement of dozens of lawsuits at court mandated settlement conferences and private mediations.
