Dawn L. Merkle has joined the firm as a partner in our Government Contracts practice, where she will represent clients in all aspects of state, local, and federal government contracting, from initial proposal to project close out. 

Dawn previously worked with Skanska USA where she served as assistant general counsel and then as corporate counsel on strategic projects. Prior to that position, she was in private law practice for a number of years, including eight years in the government contracts practice group with Troutman Sanders. 

Dawn received her J.D. from the College of William and Mary and a B.A. from Old Dominion University. She also has a Certificate in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University.
