Best Lawyers in America has named Willcox Savage lawyer Thomas C. Inglima as the "Norfolk Mergers & Acquisitions Lawyer of the Year" for 2013.

Mr. Inglima chairs the firm's Corporate, Securities and Finance Section. He acts as outside general counsel to a variety of national businesses with a practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, securities and intellectual property transactions. He also advises corporations with respect to matters of corporate governance. In 2012, he represented Landmark Media Enterprises in the sale of its Nashville television station (CBS affiliate WTVF) to Journal Communications.
