Willcox Savage is pleased to announce that William E. Rachels, Jr., was recognized as a Life Member of the Virginia Bar Association at its annual meeting held at the Homestead in July. "The firm congratulates him on this lifetime achievement," stated Robert L. Dewey, Managing Partner. Bill has been an active participant in the Virginia Bar Association, serving in a number of leadership roles, including a three year term on the Executive Committee.
