Attorney Appointed Section Editor of INTA Bulletin

Willcox & Savage is pleased to announce that Timothy J. Lockhart, leader of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group, has been appointed Editor, North American Law & Practice Section, of the International Trademark Association (“INTA”) Bulletin for 2010-2012.

Mr. Lockhart represents a number of well-known national and international trademark owners, among them Tasti D-Lite LLC, the products of which have appeared on the television shows The Apprentice and Sex and the City. He has assisted clients with registering trademarks in the European Union and over 20 countries around the world. Mr. Lockhart also represents clients with respect to the licensing of software and other technology and the protection of copyrighted material and trade secret information. He is currently serving a three-year term as a member of the Public Advisory Committee of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
