Attorney Wiley F. Mitchell, Jr., Wins Distinguished Member Award

Mitchell, Jr., was recently awarded the “Distinguished Member Award” by the National Association of Railroad Trial Council (NARTC), an association of more than 1,100 trial attorneys who specialize in handling the defense of railroad litigation. The award is given annually to a member who has made significant contributions to the work of the association. Mr. Mitchell is a former president of the NARTC, of which he has been an active member for many years, and currently serves on its Executive Committee.
